Agreed. He is a nice energy big that defends well and finishes well. I like him serving as a backup to Lebron at PF during the regular season.

Gabriel should be in just to give Davis a respite here and there. He doesn't negatively impact the game and whatever we get from him is gravy. Big body...all effort.

yeah, we can give him a 20% raise on his minimum deal and then be able to use exceptions to exceed the cap if need be going forward. can't imagine teams are going to come to him with big offers this summer.

Man, this guy was a refugee. And spends all his money to help other refugees in South Sudan. That's what he does in the summer, he goes there and develops the village to have water and electricity.

That's unbelievable when you think he shares the locker room all year with guys that are absolutely on the other side on how to spend money, that's tough.

Really hope we find a way to keep him, I think he just wants to stay in the league as long as possible. We have AD so he'll have a few more minutes in some stints during the season. Give him a 2 or 3 year contract, he's a guy who practices hard and plays hard and that's never a bad thing to have in the roster

definitely the kind of guy you want to keep as part of the team, even if he's not a fixture in the rotation.

Agreed. In small doses that energy catches teams off guard. Fun to watch and easy to cheer for. Hope we keep him.

Yeah Wenyen’s a keeper. As a 3rd string player you’re not going to find much better

He's a bit redundant with Hayes, I think we go for a different 3rd big. We also need to prepare for Jokic in that position.

Feel for him and really hope he finds a place in the league

Like him, but he just doesn’t have enough in the back pocket to mess with the big boys.

Not that Hayes or our undrafted rookie Castleton do either but they’re really close to 7 feet tall with long wingspans and can jump. Bamba was/is a twig too.

Apparently Deng has been key to getting the basketball program up and running. So essentially, the Lakers financed South Sudan's Olympic spot.

    Preference

    Biyombo
    Tristan
    Ibaka
    Taj Gibson
    Gabriel
    Wood

I like Gabriel. Love his energy. He's too light. We have the hustle, motor forward with Vando. We need a big with more in the back pocket.

Yes, Wood is last on my list. I'd put him lower if I felt like digging through names of eligible bum bigs we could sign who are out there. Boogie. There's one. I'd take Boogie over Wood, as well.

I'm with you on the top and bottom of the list. I actually would probably favour TT over BB due to being already on the team and more experience/skilled but it's close.

Absolutely agree on Wood, it's a gamble who's not worth it. AD's health almost makes me go for the upside, but there's too much to lose. He can alienate other members

But I really think Ibaka and Taj are washed. Don't think they can give 15 minutes on the NBA right now.

It's unfortunate Willy Hernangomez went to Barcelona. He's 29 and averaging 18/6 on the World Cup. He's like getting like 5mil in Spain.

I really believe LeBron will play majorly at the 5 when AD can't play. Add Max/Reddish to the core rotation and keep the split at the 5 with Hayes/3rd string center as it is with AD

That's dope. I love the stories of these millionaires who still live a classy life but are able to bring real change in countries/communities going through severe lack of resources

There's a soccer player (Sadio Mane) who transformed a village in a city in Senegal, it's unbelievable
