He gave us some really solid minutes for sure, was battling out there. I’m not sure that Len is better than him..
Love this guy. Honestly makes Len expendable. Anyone with a brain can see that this guy belongs. Much stronger than Hayes, bigger, better rebounder (i think), and just a solid screen setter. I’m loving what I’m seeing from him, Goodwin, and Vando defensively. Throw in DFS too. Going to need all of them to step up for AR and Rui.
He’s just a tough guy. Plays with maybe a little too much chip on his shoulder, but damn if it isn’t nice seeing high effort. I’m enjoying the edge that he, Vando and DFS bring. No one is going to punk us this season that’s for sure.

Because what Trey brings at the center position helps “somewhat” to fill the HUGE need there for the team’s benefit “more” than the benefit Jordan brings to “somewhat” shore up our also BIG but not as HUGE a need at POA defence. That’s what was being said here too prior to the deadline about G-leaguers being what he was giving us to fill all our areas of need. even after the DLO/DFS trade. Distasteful as it is still in our memories of the years with Luol Deng’s much larger stretched salary on the books …. could one more of the minimum salary guys with what’s left of his much smaller rest of the year salary be stretched to make it possible to add both Trey and Jordan?? Much, much smaller hit on the books going forward to go More “All In” this season?
