And that rim protection with him and AD.... twin towers. Me Likey. Allows AR/LW/Dennis to be much more agressive on perimeter and chase out 3pts. Perhaps there is some hope.
do think it would have been helpful to have had him for the first 12 games, too. him and schroder both. with jones and nunn and bevs being so bad...
Spurs were painfully undersized, but i'm liking what I'm seeing from TB. Rim running really well out there. Nice two man game with Russ, as well.
He is looking like he did in Washington alongside Russ. I hope he flourishes here, he has the talent.
He was good. But man SAS held a few players and Detroit is just bad. Both teams had no interior defense. We'll see how he does against better opposition as the season moves forward...
True but OTOH it seems like forever since the Lakers actually looked bigger then the opponents. Still remarkable how they took the bubble team formula: bigger, stronger, meaner and just it all go
Any word on why he got a DNP? Been seeing people speculate that they may have just been trying to rest him for one of these back-to-back games since he’s recently back from injury… but Schröder was in the same situation and I don’t think a finger injury is really something you’d need to load manage like that.
I’d like to see him used, it’s a waste not to in situations where more size in the rotation will give us an advantage. Tonight would have been nice. Hope it is just the back to back and not Ham not being bright about this. He’s active, moves well, has strength and and numerous offensive skills.
