    I'd prefer he go to the warriors to ruin their chemistry but the Houston e-wins would work as well. As long as it's not LA.

    It would just be a terrible fit for this team:

    1) He doesn't want to play off the bench. Has made this clear repeatedly.
    2) Can't play the 4 because he can't defend, never has been good at defending.
    3) He's never learned how to keep the ball moving and instead relies too heavily on isolation, jab steps leading into a jumper
    4) We are already tight in the 2-4 spots both for starters and players coming off the bench in KCP, Hart, and maybe Lance.

    Simply Put - WE DO NOT NEED HIM! Nor do I want him.

    With the way Wade left Cleveland last year, I really hope that ended the all the banana boat business between these dudes. I hope he's only linked to us for bargaining purposes. Melo isn't needed on our end, not even wanted; it's beyond that. He would be damaging to this roster if added.

    The only reason this is even being entertained is because of Lebron, which kind of sucks. We need Svi and Brook way more than this guy.

    But IF he was ready to embrace a shooter role in short minutes off the bench, and put effort in on D, he could play several more years effectively.

    But he hasn't shown he's ready for that yet.

    Interesting to see him at 34 vs Bron at 33 though. Shows you how rare it is to remain on top of your game as you enter your mid-thirties

    LOL at Houston and that CP3 Contract. Makes me feel so good inside.
