    At a minimum, I'd be shocked he doesn't become like a Jrue Holiday type. A guy everyone knows is high quality but not an necessarily an All-star.
    I'd be disappointed if he doesn't at least reach that high level.

    Really curious to see if he can guard SFs: he had trouble with Gary trent for example but with more playing time if he gets better, it will be something the Lakers need to get a handle on because that will be a big factor on the roster and who they will prioritize

    No one is giving THT the max, come on. He would have to turn into Kawhi Leonard in 2014 to get that. Then again, if he did, that would mean the Lakers win the title. So, with this, you match that contract and be happy.

    people offered tyler johnson that max, right? THT is probably going to get that offer, and we'll match it.

    i kinda wonder if the lakers are hoping he gets that offer sheet, tbh. what would it work out to? 4yrs/80mil? i think even less than that. dude, that's kennard money. and the big money doesn't kick in until some other deals are about to end.

    the lakers are going to be a taxpayer for the duration of the lebron years, i'm guessing. and judging by the fact that they offered schroder an extension, that means that they're willing to pay it, imo.

    Yeah I would keep THT no matter what it takes. A year ago I was wondering who to pair with AD once LeBron retires. I'm not wondering anymore.

    His passing is so advanced for his age: post entry, rotating the ball on the wing, off drive passes to the 3 or into the dunker spot.
    Is he already the thirst best passer on the team behind Lebron and Gasol?
