In the 2 moves he made with the ball, he looked shifty and got the defenders off balance. He couldn't hit the shot, but he didn't rush anything about the move which is a nice start for a kid that literally turned 19 a couple weeks ago

Big enough for him to play with those freaky long arms of his without hurting anyone. :p

I've been watching him mostly all G-League; he has been struggling with his shot recently...

Man, that length (which @LTLakerFan drools over) and his ability as an initiator have me so excited...

I can see him guarding 1-3; similar to the way Smart does at various times...another poster (on LG) compared him to Dion Waiters, which is interesting...

Can you just imagine Caruso and Tucker running around the perimeter defending, closing out, bodying up, etc...makes me excited...

So you’re telling us his lengf makes you excited.

    :DemarcusRef150:

Meanwhile, rook was trying to pull off a veteran move on Dwight last night. Nice try...but still, kid’s beyond his years.

I couldn't figure out who he reminded me of specifically but Marcus Smart is a great comparison. He could also end up being like Andre Iguodala.

This guy is so aggressive! Refreshing to see. Just say No to passive players.

He needs to be on the bench getting a few minutes. He is obviously too good to be playing in the G League and he doesn’t look like he’d be scared to perform. Plus, we need youth to help carry some minutes for this seasoned roster.

i don't see which vet he displaces in the rotation, and we don't blow enough teams out to have much garbage time available.

only a rash of injuries could make it happen, imo. he'll get a chance to win a spot on the big team next year.

Kid is from Chicago. Should probably be keeping a close eye on his progress.

Wow! The first angle looks like he lost control of it to the defender and quickly got it back, but the 2nd angle shows the behind the back dribble and he never lost control. Though a crazy and risky move in that kind of traffic.

Best news all week. Let's give the kid more than 2 minutes of playing time shall we?

Southbay is suddenly missing two star guards in GP2 and THT.

Yeah enough with this "join the team" let's see what he can do in the big leagues against opposing bench player matchups. Maybe he has "IT".

Looks like he's getting in nice shape as well.

Maybe we already have the ball handling guard we need. Although not so sure about distribution skills lol. All his highlights seem to be scoring
