Seriously just wtf is this nonsense. Your team goes balls out to get back in the game and you refuse to stick to the guy who burnt you right and left.

You promised you would do whatever it takes but that doesn't include playing defense against your assignment? I mean you could at least know where your dude is by looking at him: that's not too hard

 

This is pissing me off even more watching that: Lakers went on a 17-0 run with you on the bench and not only do you ignore you guy. He sneaks to the corner 3 spot which is th exactly where everyone is taught to go because it's the shortest 3 ball in the game. just mind bogglingly dumb

 

He's always checking to see if the shot goes up so he can grab a rebound. It's wired in his DNA now.

 

And he was kicked around every other forum on very other team he has been on I'm guessing.

There's a reason for it.

Should be keep clamoring on every single little thing he does wrong? No, but he seems to do those things at the most inopportune times in crucial moments of the game.

He was flat out awful tonight.

I'm even putting up tweets of people who actively root and watch the team frustrated with Russ and they are normally even keel.

We need to move on from him.

I just don't know if we can...

The core problem as I see it he doesn't bring anything on offense that AD/Lebron can't bring themselves. If anything he makes their life more difficult with his lack of shooting.

I could live with it if he could carry the team with an aging Lebron but he can't in large part he's not committed to doing things like play good defense. This is where losing defensive roleplayers hurt: Lebron/AD will get you points but they can't defend 5 positions

 

I'm sick of hearing about last year's bunch. They ain't coming back. I do have a problem with my 6'3 point guard, leading the team in rebounding. And being the only guy on the floor that even tries to offensive rebound. This is getting ridiculous, Russ had 5 offensive boards and guys were out by the three point line, watching him go it alone. Harp on his shooting, but 12 boards and 11 assists kept us in the game too. The trade didn't gut any damn thing, we traded for him on draft night. Then seemly ran out and totally wasted two roster spots on Dwight and DJ, because we damn sure have no intentions on playing them. We signed a boatload of guards for no apparent reason. That ain't Westbrook's fault.

 

Exactly, he doesn't complement them at all. The paint gets packed for them in the half-court and his passes are off the mark so often, usually resulting in turn-overs. This is not the right roster for Westbrook to perform his best and make a positive impact.

 

choke brook, if he brought a little more at the end of that game, the Lakers win, he continues to make bone head turnovers on offense and poor defensive decisions.

 

We knew we were making that trade, The Wizards declined twice, so I'm sure we had a roster type in mind during the whole process. Puzzling
