    He's just an average NBA PG nowadays. Compared to his opposing counterpart the number of great game equals about the number of mediocre games and also the number of bad games the Lakers get out of him. It's just what it is.

    What are you talking about? Guy took 12 shots and gave out 13 assists. In fact there was 5 players in double digit shot attempts, we shared the ball around tonight.

    Either you don't know how to watch basketball or you just have a serious confirmation bias that acts as a blind spot against Russ. And I don't think it's the first one, but I'm really not sure.

    Norm scores on Russell three times:

    3Q 6:30: Russ loses the ball attacking the basket in transition and is complaining to the refs instead of getting back. Norman is the free player and hits a 3. (I hate this kind of bad habit him and Lebron do)

    4Q 3:30: Melo helps on Simons and Russ rotates to Covington (Melo's guy) and the pass gets diverted to Norm. This is a 50/50 for me, because he should of stayed with Norm, but I think if the pass goes to Covington it's a great rotation. Norm hits the 3.

    4Q 2:50: Russ seems to be helping on Nurkic here for the roll and is too far away for a good recovery. He tried but its an easy dribble side step to a 3.

    In fairness, the whole team has struggled defensively all season. .

    Coming off a decent trip (by Russ standards), he wasn't very good yesterday.

    Too much up and down play.

    Can't wait until he's gone.

    I thought he did a good job setting the table. Two man game with AD looked pretty good. Didn't really look to be a scorer and only made 2 (?... that I recall) defensive stops.

    and nevermind classic Russ when you look at it closely he always does something stupid to cost you games. it did look like Reaves was shadowing the baseline giving up the inside where Russ should have been
