@sirronstuff Replied to a comment I made a while back about shortening the season to lessen injuries, but the effect is reversed. That freedom-of-movement crap is going to make some unreachable records be reachable now, mostly the scoring ones.
Really happy for him. He deserves any and all the good things that come his way given how much he's persevered and worked throughout these last 4-5 years. NBA Twitter last night - Summed up
His emotions showed he's a true lover of the game. It's great seeing such a lover of the game get back to the level we know he could play at. He's still in his prime, I hope to see more from him like these.
Things are beginning to slowly “right” themselves in the West, these early standings are starting to correct for the most part imo. Thunder are now 5-4 after winning 5 in a row, Rockets I believe have won 3 in a row and are 4-5. Pelicans have dropped 6 in a row, now 4-6 with us, as are the Jazz, and the Wolves are 4-7. I don’t expect the Kings to stay in the playoff picture, or Memphis, not sure about the Clippers, but it’s a huge plus for our playoff chances that so many other likely playoff teams have started so poorly, West is wide open early on aside from of course the Warriors.
Gotta figure Memphis will miss Conley and/or gasol for long stretches, but the clips and kings playing better than expected is problematic.
What the heck is an adductor muscle. Curry just injured one in his leg while GS lost to Milwaukee. The two-time defending NBA champions were already missing All-Star Draymond Green and then lost Curry midway through the third. The two-time NBA MVP strained the adductor muscle in his left leg and went to the locker room shortly thereafter. He did not return. Well shoot everyone went to bed early it seems. Had to check with Google myself. Am such a giver. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgur...hUKEwi-4tfr28beAhUH6oMKHU-hBOAQ9QEwAHoECAcQBg
@LTLakerFan Its the muscle responsible for bringing your inner thigh/leg back to your groin/midline. A deficit in that muscle will impede his defensive slides and planting his feet and exploding off the ground...so basically he'll still be Stephen Curry haha. It can also be a sports hernia, which his MRI can confirm today, and if they elect to perform surgery, they're looking at anywhere from 6-12 weeks (depending on how conservative the dubs want to be about it, seeing how that's their franchise player). The crazy thing about any groin/abdominal injury is that those can linger particularly if they are not treated/rehabbed properly. Hope that further clarifies it for you homie.
Hey Steve, The fact that I'm having dinner in 4-5 hours is 'encouraging', doesn't mean I'll end up liking it. Slow down.... on the confidence. (bad analogy?)
I have missed it but would like to hear more about it. So what's going on with Carmelo in Houston? The Rockets are already not happy with him and/or his remaining basketball production? I checked a couple box scores after Harden was out for awhile and saw him putting up 20+ once or (more?) times. TMZ Sports me here please.
OK will feed myself then. Ummm yum ..... when really hungry a Tommy's chili cheese burger with yellow peppers to bite along with eating it. Oooops ..... I meant just came across THIS: https://www.yahoo.com/sports/report-carmelo-anthonys-time-houston-ending-soon-222220173.html Is this it for him?
