Philly is a disappointment considering Simmons and Embiid are both playing. They are getting owned.

Both Fultz and Simmons are used to put up big numbers on losing teams, so I'm not surprised they have no impact on the game.

I'm assuming the players came to the owner demanding Watson be removed.

Not to mention their highest paid player publicly stating he doesn't want to be there.

They sent him home today. Wonder if a trade is in the works.

Looks like some of the process is coming into fruition.

And just like Ingram didn't grow 2 inches ole Ben isn't looking like 7 foot either. Kuz has his own game in some areas better than Ben and Ben better in others. Sure though ..... hell of a player at that size.

Simmons will be a beast... was praying for Philly to take Ingram :giggle:Even though Luke said he was an "Ingram guy", i don't believe it for a second, that we wouldn't have picked Ben with the no.1 pick.

Lonzo + Simmons would have been incredible.

The weird thing about Simmons is he still can't shoot at all. They have to play him at PF because he put on a little too much muscle and because he really doesn't have an outside game. Other teams just sag way off him and he barrels into the paint. He's a better version of Julius Randle and I know that sounds crazy, but watch his game and it's true. Obviously while Julius is a good passer, he's not close to Simmons, but they have similar games: bring the ball up the floor, attack, and where Julius would flail about and throw up a wild shot inside, Simmons usually kicks it back out to another player.

Simmons is definitely more talented than Ingram, but if you put Ingram's work ethic in Simmons's body, you'd have a pretty amazing player.

all i know is i'm really pulling for OKC to fail this year. Starting out 1-2, but could easily be 2-1. I'm just hoping for mediocrity from them so PG still makes his way to LA.

Meanwhile the Grizzlies are still pounding teams, their demise is greatly exaggerated

I wonder if Fultz is deliberately making is FT's look terrible so that he ends up as a "throw in" to a good team?

He used to shoot them just fine.

Thanks for the clarification. What the eff Sixers? Is the "process" to run your players to the ground and play them injured?

How stupid do you have to be?

Well that surely explains the FT form. Wonder how he hurt it?

thoroughly impressed with Greek Freak, never would've thought he'd be this dominant offensively w/o a 3pt shot....no chance in hell Ingram turns anything like him.
