    New NBA rules for 2018:

    Trade deadline is now 10 days before all star game vs 4 days after it.

    2 less timeouts per team and only 2 in last 2 minutes can be taken.

    To clarify, they are 2 TEAM timeouts. 20 second timeouts still can be used.

    Actually never mind. They reclassified 20 sec timeouts as Team timeouts as well as part of the rule change.
