I don’t think Phil is a racist, I think he’s a troll, and sometimes out of touch. Pippen, on the other hand, has always been a jerk, even when he’s smiling he seems angry. The bit about Kukoc getting the last shot being racially motivated is laughable though, what a reach.

LOL, did not realize Van Gundy was fired already from New Orleans after just one season, for among other things, "not 'vibing' with the younger players". Who couldn't see that coming. What a joke. Lonzo's no way coming back, as well, and my bet is he winds up with his brother in Charlotte. Just a guess. If they're ever going to play together as has always been the family mantra, here's the opportunity.

Rocket fans must feel horrible watching CP3 and Capela thrive like this on other teams

I'd say they have a bit more to be upset about than just that...
They caved on the Harden deal, gave him just what he wanted and have nothing to show for it. Levert... no, brought in the Pacers because they didn't want him. Allen? No, they'd rather have a 1st round pick. Dipo, no... moved him to Miami for Olynyk. How often do you move a top 5 player and get nothing?

The John Wall experiment didn't exactly go well either. He might be out of there for pennies on the dollar this off season.

First time Harden has been touched without a ref blowing a whistle

Also, random drug test is in his near future.

What would the penalties be if this s*** came out about the Lakers? Kind of similar to the allegations of that guy wanting to sue Jerry West for alleged promises made to him for "helping recruit" Snake to the Clippers. Alright Silver ... ball's in your court with these Nets allegations now. LMAO what these prima donnas can command out of an organization.

yeah and thing that slays me is that typically the owners who cheat are the same ones who encourage the league to screw the Lakers!

And there would have to be a cyber paper trail with the money if Silver and the NBA were to take this information seriously and the practice was/is as rampant as alleged here. But who here at LB thinks they will?

*for players who don't generate ad revenue.

as always, i'll believe it when i see it. the league's had years of watching james harden grab guys' arms and flail, and they've done nothing about it (well, they've handsomely rewarded it). other guys don't get to do that, so it's not like it was ever legal. it's just legal for some. and it will continue to be. it's sort of like tax laws!

Pretty funny that D’Antoni isn’t getting any head coaching job offers.

Anyone hear any rumblings of why he left Nets after just one year? If a head coaching position had opened while he was still there no one would stop him from interviewing. All assistants seem to get that courtesy.

His role reduced from lead assistant to consultant. He's 70. Could be health related?
