When you are talentless slapnuts, that's what you do, shoot 3's. Nets getting waxed by the Crapiliers, TWICE.
Effin' Shaq, man, with his big mouth. Did not see this myself but sounds terrible and embarrassing for Mitchell. LeBron calling him on it. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/lebron-james-responds-shaq-mitchell-172635829.html
Yeah, it was a stupid comment but who f'ing cares!?!? I don't, Shaq is making a living from making stupid commentary and selling s***. It's all good.
Can't. Fix. Stupid. Source: https://sports.yahoo.com/kyrie-irvi...o-past-nb-as-covid-19-security-034344502.html
Leonard and George not with team for Covid protocol (doesn't have information why) I had Beverly originally too but his absence is for knee problem per the team. https://sports.yahoo.com/kawhi-leon...ers-embark-on-6-game-road-trip-003415432.html Further down in the article if anyone's interested is a 32 minute conversation / audio podcast from Chris Haynes with Avery Bradley about the Bubble and current covid protocol. I'm not going to listen that long to him but if anyone does, would be curious on his reasoning. If I change my mind and listen will do the same.
yeah, at this point, washington needs to do the right thing before beal is forced to publicly demand a trade and tank his value. they've mismanaged themselves into a corner, and wall for westbrook was deck chair shuffling (for both teams).
watched some last night, and he looked like he's lost another step. maybe hurt, though, i guess. washington can't buy a break in some respects--wall was the candidate for being done, and he looks good (not like he used to, despite reports to the contrary), but playable as part of a winning team, imo. westbrook...i'm not sure now.
Why? I really like Beal but he signed that huge extension (which was STUPID) and knew WAS was s***. Hard to feel bad for a guy making 54217974913 $. That being said, would love him on the lakers (he'll end up in Philly or Toronto though).
long as he stays east, i'm fine. how does philly get him? tobias isn't enough, imo, and i'm not sold on their support players. i think toronto's position took a hit when everyone found out siakam's not a star, too. they should have moved him last year.
Cause I don't like seeing good, hard working guys stuck with s*** organizations. Wizards have had a terrible front office since the early 00s, probably longer... probably since the Webber days (I just didn't follow front office quality before I was 13 and their handling of MJ was the first big stain I was aware of in their FO). He is to blame for taking the money, but he doesn't exactly have the endorsements that Wall had there or other guys making the money he makes. He probably saw Wall's injury and realized tomorrow isn't guaranteed.
^ again, no one forced him to sign that extension. He could become a free agent and pick a team. I applaud him for being a pro and playing hard... but that's their job Good thing he didn't turn into Harden... or AD (at least, not yet).
he used to be just a scorer, but he's really improved his all-around offense in terms of ball-handling and passing. he's a threat on and off the ball, and he defends credibly at the sg spot. i think with klay thompson out of commission, he's the best all around sg in the game (sorry, harden, you have to defend to qualify). he might be better than thompson in any case. yeah, he signed the extension because it's a ton of money. also, i think he felt like washington was going to commit to building around him. but instead of moving wall for spare parts and giving him the team, they brought in westbrook. that's a terrible move. they had (somehow) convinced their best asset to stay in bad situation, then went did something really dumb. if he demands a trade, i think they deserve it and stepped into it. i'm annoyed that he's probably going to boston if he's moved, though. they don't deserve to get bailed out by washington's bad management.
Well, if he joined the C Bags, wouldn't you call his late Pelicans behaviour a "little suspicious"? He got benched... but he made sure it came to that.
