How appropriate that 'Do broke his middle finger essentially. Get fitted with that cast and give the opposing team the bird from the bench till you get back healthy and can f*** with them on the court.

that's a freak accident to have that happen. not very common to see a fractured third metacarpal, it's more common with the 5th digit or thumb

I didn't want to mislead anybody off a forced "bird" joke...so technically its not a phalangeal injury...it was a metacarpal, so the bone thats within the palm.

So he must've slapped/backhanded someone really hard. 'Do's a pimp! (and now I forced in a pimphand joke)

Anyways, we should get more details tomorrow.

    I don't think thats a HUGE loss.

It might actually help Ingram play a little backup PG and let Kuzma and LeBron play the forward spots. This maybe gets him going.

This is the one position where we can afford to get by with an injury. Ingram, Hart, Lance and even Lebron can initiate the offense. Plus this will be a good time for Lonzo to log some big minutes and get into a groove.

Too bad, but we'll be alright. Other guys can do some playmaking and Rondo can be a leader off the bench for a month. Not a problem. Try Ingram or Hart at the 1. Or just give the ball to Bron. :LLLLLebronlaughing:

And this is why we have depth. More time for Hart. And we have KCP and Lance to play come in at SG.

hmmm...i'm more concerned than others. i think having a real pg and real center on the floor for 48 minutes is helpful for this squad.

Not when we suffer GREATLY on the defensive end with Rondo being out there...

I think this is a huge blessing in disguise..ppl don't realize just how BAD rondo has been defensively...

I expect our defensive rating to shoot up big time with Rondo out.

Also, Rondo out means more time for Lonzo and Hart...and I'm REALLY looking forward to that (espeically Zo)

Also, this will force Luke into playing Lonzo OR Hart in crunchtime...so our best defensive lineups will be out there.

No more seeing Rondo out there for fricking 17 minutes straight

As long as we don’t have to see Alex Caruso our there. Time for Zo to step up.

Yeah why not. Worked well enough last year and got him cooking a bit. Supposedly has increased all necessary skills for that over the summer.

Sucks to see him go down when things are starting to click but this is why we have our depth. Lonzo gets more minutes, Ingram and Lance are there and Hart if we need. Also theres a guy called Lebron.

I rewatched his last couple possessions he was playing before he was subbed out and he never really grabbed for his hand or showed significant pain. I'm sure when he learned he fractured his hand he was surprised.

In the meantime Zo should get more minutes and I hope to see this more as well. Either Ingram or Zo, decide who it will be should come out early in the 1st quarter to be able to work more with that 2nd unit

But he doesn't have the Mamba mentality when it comes to wardrobe. Those pajamas and shorts are a classic.

Yeah me too with give Ingram the run at PG. And give good run to Hart at the 2 when he's doing it. Along with as many minutes as they'll give Hart anywhere else except at the 5. Luke.

I can only imagine how much more developed Zo woulda been had 'Do linked up with us last year.
