Crazy how quickly everyone can swing from "does this guy make Lonzo expendable???" to "we should have kept Randle".

Thought we were saying that about KCP?

Rondo has been included in that conversation as well.

I'm just saying we went from loving him in the pre-season to now people are already somehow sick of him.

This is not a patient fanbase.

Point me in that person's direction asap. They gunna learn today...

The infatuation with Jules is ridiculous in our fanbase.

Remove Mintz from the picture and I could see why fans would be upset with management moving on from Jules...but there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Mintz had a huge impact in our decisions.

Giving Jules the bag, means no Kawhi next summer (or KD for those interested in him) and no AD trade (NOP is clearly interested in him, but at a certain price point). Otherwise we could have easily set up a trade where NO acquires his bird rights so they can give him that type of bag.

Jules could be a good dude, but he's an idiot and Mintz got in his head way too deep (pause), to the point where he believes he has to be the offensive center piece and if he's not, then he checks out on defense.

It's why Luke and Gentry put him in the 2nd unit, cause then he can be the focal point and eat off inferior/bench players. Some of y'all make fun of Bron being a stat padder, but then get giddy when Jules does it. Dude brings next to zero impact...check that, negative impact on the floor....

    https://stats.nba.com/players/traditional/?sort=PLUS_MINUS&dir=1&Season=2018-19&SeasonType=Regular Season&TeamID=1610612740

... So much so, that AD says he has to play near perfect basketball for his team to remain competitive. Writings on the wall...

Never wanted him. And that's now and before the season dating back to his C Bags days.

Not sure how I'm supposed to react to that.
+/- is such a BS stat, especially so young into the season.

Actually scrub that, let me give it a try.

    Lonzo -3.8
    Lebron +1.0
    Ingram +3.8

    Bench Lonzo! Negative Impact!
    Play Ingram 48 minutes!

    James Harden -6.5
    Chris Paul -6.0

    Scrubs! Not a centerpiece!

    Am I doing this right?

-7 vs SA (worst on the team)
-11 vs Minny (worst on the team)
    Zo knows he f***ed up...

    LA 3-5
    Houston 2-5
    NOP 4-1 (w/AD), 0-3 (w/o AD)

    Scoreboard bro!
    #+/-Matters

Not claiming it tells the whole story, but Jules stat-padding ain't s*** if it isn't impacting the bottomline: wins!

LA with our "best player" last year playing all 82 games led us to 35-47 (12 games out the playoffs).

I know I'm doing it right, cause I know (just like management did) that Jules/Mintz is all types of wrong.

Anyways Rondo's dope, Jules is a dope...moving on (and maybe y'all should too!)

I'll take a full year of evidence over a 8 game sample size with a new team.

He was our best player last year and he seems to have improved. That's what I see. Not some random +/- stat.

You're just hatin'. I give you that you've been consistent with your hate though. You were never a Randle fan as I recall. A lot of folks seemed to have jumped ship.

I like this acquisition and am more than happy with the way Rondo has been playing and mentoring the kids, but I would trade him for Randle in a nanosecond.

And then what happens when Lonzo gets hurt again? You excited about Caruso?
