Barely laughed playing along with the TNT crew. No golf...no fishing...just lunch and dinner with Heckler bro. Watch film to dissect the game for the next one. Would probably make a good coach someday. Was instructing Davis...Kuzma...huddling the team on the floor before the ball goes into play. Really stabilizes the play. Rest that back.

The season with the Bulls with butler and Wade... he was just as electric. Same with that run with the Pelicans.

I loved the Rondo signing from day one specifically for how he turns it on when it matters. When he wants to be he can legitimately be the best player on the floor for any given stretch.

Part of me wants the C Bags to make it to the Finals just so we can see playoff Rondo, in the finals, vs his old team. I'd absolutely drop some coin down on those Finals MVP odds.

It would be excellent to see Rondo win the chip before Boston and Doc Rivers win another :)

His passing has been superb .... spectacular at times. Those blink fast long distance bomb lobs on the money near always.

When a cut or roll happens, the ball is there from Rondo. Great set-ups in the half court imperative in the playoffs. Pesky irritant defense. He keeps his dribble alive long enough for the play to develop. Now the opponent has to account for him.

Phenomenal. I had long given up on him, but I'm happy to be proved wrong once again.

I was apprehensive with him after Game 1 with Houston but since then it's been a different story. Can't put a price on experience and big game ability. Played with my emotions after the back spasm story before tonight.

He and Dwight have just been killing the opposition with the Jedi mind games. Love the older vets putting these kids in their place!

Man he's become such an important part of our playoff rotation. What a turnaround.

Hopefully his bask spasms don't flare up.

Seriously, was there one person in here who saw this Rondo turn up in the playoffs? We knew the myth of playoff rondo, but I didn't imagine this level of play in my wildest dreams. Him and Dwight were just amazing, can't believe how important both of them have been for this team (Rondo in the playoffs especially).

Respect. I had some hope for a better version of Rondo to emerge, but not this. He's been superb.

I thought many of you over exaggerated Rondo's inabilities in certain games. It seems to happen to at least one Laker in every year. Luke Walton was the guy for a few years. Smush Parker. Devean George was one for a while. And I watch every game and I would wonder why there was so much venom towards one particular player. Fans version of the coach having a whipping boy.

Other than a few games, I never watched Rondo's performance and said, man this guy is a complete disaster. Samaki Walker was a disaster. Kwame Brown was a disaster. I think some of you were too hard on him when it wasn't warranted. Danny Green missing wide open 3's in bunches, that makes sense considering that is the sole reason why he was brought in. But he did make up for it by rebounding his own missed shots and getting rebounds overall.

This team is gelling at it's highest peak at the absolute perfect time. At this point, I haven't had any issues with anything they are doing for a month. Very happy and a little surprised at how dominate they have been even though I knew they were capable of it.

He owes us after the trash play he had displayed the last few years.

Credit to him for his phenomenal play in recent weeks.

yeah, feel free to check me on this, but i feel like my tone was always: you better be playoff rondo, because you're s*** otherwise. and he most certainly was, by almost any metric.

    anyway, i'll take it.

and i said the same about green. he was signed to help us win the big one, not carry water in regular season. if they come through, excellent. if not, they're gone. so far, rondo's coming through.

I think biggest thing for me is Rondo is actually playing defense. Regular season he wouldn't at all...now we know why. He was pacing for the playoffs. Completely different player

It's funny how our players lifted their intensity for the playoffs, but the much hyped Flippers couldn't do the same. Maybe the had a (non) championship hangover? lol
