Neither have I... I am seeing Chris Webber say "It's the playoffs, baby! The playoffs!"... Sunday is going to be Fun-day regardless. Hearing nothing but Clippers the last three seasons to the point where I am just so sick of it. Ballmer's antics at his initial rally taking digs at us...turning our locker room into his VIP lounge...the double digit defeats. Laker legend Johnson and even John Ireland making comments that they are the NEW Showtime. What?! Those State Farm and Kia commercials all over the damn TV. I was skeptical of the Rockets winning but being 17 down and their best player on the bench? Did not look good... In some small fashion, I am glad I was proven wrong.

Reading all the "WTF's" on the sampling of Clipper doomsday quotes? Priceless!

That Clippers doom was hilarious. I can't fathom an entire lifetime of fandom of this sort of thing, never a miracle IN their favor like we've experienced so much of. Then again, probably few of these "fans" can either as most of them are clearly bandwagoners. Lastly, Steve Balmer's face at the end of this game was also great. Not rooting for the Rockets because I like them, rooting for them because I want CP3's legacy to be never getting past the 2nd round, he so deserves it.

Floppers choking while the most overrated player went 5-20 from the field and watched his team comeback from the bench .... couldn't be more enjoyable

CP2 is the teflon don of the league ... The " what team was he supposed to beat in his playoffs losses ? , opponents always had the better squad " argument won't be valid here

It will be replaced by the " but he was limited by an injury" talk ... Pb is he's often injured in the playoffs , the inability of staying healthy is undoubtedly part of a player weaknesses imo

At some point the batteries fell out of the whole Clippers team. Even Doc Rivers seemed silent. That and Josh Smith went JR Smith and could not miss. The Rockets did not rise to the occasion. The Clips and sunk like they were a ventilated submarine. Josh Smith destroyed them. Stan Van Gundy would be rolling in his grave (if he was dead).

I agree with that. The Rockets played alright, but it wasn't some amazing display of quality basketball. The Clips just fell apart. I've never seen such a scared team in the last 3 minutes of the game. Game 7 is a big question mark.

Once they saw their lead shrink, it was them playing NOT to lose. Panic set in...confusion...tentativeness...trying so hard to make plays. The Rockets sensed it, played freely and went for the jugular.

Now that's mean spirited. Think of those Clipper fans on their way to the conference finals.

That was so crazy GCC. I can't believe you got your wish! Game 7 coming up. No one (other than Clippers fans of course) is more surprised here than me. Before and during the game I said the Sprockets didn't have the heart to win this one, and they still kind of didn't, but man, the Paper Clips just melted down like the Wicked Witch of the West when doused with water.

    ^^ Floppers last night.

I've been avoiding this series like the plague but for whatever reason I decided to turn it on last night. The Paper Clips kicking Houston's butt was no surprise in the third, but what followed was some of the best comedy I've seen on TV in some time. Just hilarious and beautiful to see the Paper Clips shrivel up on the big stage. Wow. More than I could ever hope for.

Now I'm totally torn. I hate the Sprockets more than the Paper Clips, but the possibility of seeing them IMPLODE before our eyes in their most important series in franchise history, to go from 3 games to 1, losing a 19 point lead in the third quarter of the close out game, and then choking it all away while the Sprockets beat them three games in a row might be too juicy to resist.

A few more gems from some Flipper fans:

    During their 3rd quarter run:

He was right, it did become a laugher. :D
