If anything, JR Smith should have gotten at least 3 games, and I don't even think what Olynyk warranted a suspension. Maybe a fine. Perkins somehow doesn't even suspended. Cavs now know that they can just repeat what they did on Rose/Butler next series with minimal loss.

Almost every suspension i rember in last 5-10 years with similar punishment was atleast 5 times weaker than jr mma jon jones spining punch... For instance kobe punch on marko jaric by these standards should been punished with 0.5$... Plus jr punch was iintentional,it was so obvious...
This is a complete joke. Watch them send Perkins in and take out Noah or Butler next series and he'll get away with a slap on the hand. Chalk this up to "perk of playing with the King".

I don't know why anyone is shocked at smiths suspension. I said this morning he would get 1 to 2 games max. The league isn't going to screw with a LeBron team, they aren't going to do anything that might get him out early. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't hard at work on a time travel machine right now, to go and bring back an Elysium style healing machine to fix Kevin Love. If Barnes did this, out the entire second round. If Artest did it, out for the playoffs, but it's the Kang's team.
Love will definitely get the max this summer. I guess we were just hoping that things would be different under Silver. He's done a lot of good things, but this was really disappointing.
