How did the Spurs get this guy?? Where were we? Why Anthony Brown? 7'3 Spurs rookie Boban Marjanovic went to the D-League and immediately started passing like White Chocolate By Seth Rosenthal @seth_rosenthal on Dec 6, 2015, 12:15p 1 There is a 7'3 rookie from the Balkan region taking the NBA by storm. I am, of course, speaking of Boban Marjanovic, the 27-year-old Very Large Man who signed with the Spurs this summer after a solid career in Europe. He made his debut for the Austin Spurs of the D-League Saturday night, and produced a 34-point, 13-rebound bonanza. Marjanovic hadn't gotten to spin much for the NBA squad, so the heavy minutes with Austin constituted his first chance to really showcase his skill set in America, and YOOOOOOOO: http://www.sbnation.com/lookit/2015...-d-league-boban-boban-boban-boban-BOBAN-BOBAN Boban makes plenty of classic Very Large Man plays, just outreaching people for boards and finishing easy dunks from under the basket, but he's also pretty deft. He's got a mid-range jumper, he's got decent hands a step from the rim, and the above pass ... man, I have watched that like 30 times, and each time, I hopped out of my seat and headbutted a window. My apartment is completely without windows now. It's cold. Thanks a lot, Boban. I love you, Boban.
^I like how Okafor pretends to play it off by repeatedly looking back after the initial look as to make it seem like he meant to do that the entire time.
Apparently you're allowed to do that now, we see it every game. Pivot foot doesn't matter anymore, you can shuffle around the court like you're doing some crazy dance moves and get away with it.
Matthew Dellavedirty gets his first flagrant foul of his career. I'm surprised it took this long, and it was very obvious/blatant that he wasn't trying to make some basketball move.
Saw that. I honestly don't understand the softness of today's NBA when a little rat like him could do this without having his skull cracked against the hardwood floors.
Man, this guy needs to get his one of these days. I'm willing to bet money he's going to try and take guys out in the playoffs again this year.
Pringles is close to becoming an assistant coach with the 70centers...maybe he can screw them up and make them win a few more games.
