just saw that too http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/13611671/nba-seed-playoff-teams-conference-record
Good job NBA getting this right, now I just wish they combined both conference and seeded them that way. No more East teams getting a break. Yes, travel would suck for some case ex: if Portland played Miami 1st Round, but that's just tough luck then...
One step at a time, hopefully next is to take the best 16 teams. Sick of seeing a pointless first round series from the East where a team several games below 500 is in the playoffs.
agreed...and i dont really buy the travel thing too much...its not like these guys are jumping on trains and busses to get there
The Morris circus/saga in Phoenix is not going to end well, that's for sure http://uproxx.com/dimemag/2015/09/markieff-morris-radio-burns-and-gambo/
Either there is something we don't know (Promised something they changed their mind on, and didn't tell him), or someone needs to grow up and be a professional.
This guy is the biggest baby. So your twin brother got traded, grow up and get the hell over it, you're not sharing a womb anymore.
Good for Xavier Henry!!! I've been wondering if he made it back to the league after his ruptured achilles so did a search tonight and he's got a shot with the Warriors' D league team just being reported today. Warriors sign G/F Xavier Henry, F Chris Udofia October 19, 2015, 4:00 pm The Warriors signed former 12th overall draft pick Xavier Henry on Tuesday. (USATSI) OAKLAND, CA – The NBA Champion Golden State Warriors have signed free agent guard/forward Xavier (zah-vee-ay) Henry and free agent forward Chris Udofia to contracts, the team announced Monday. Per team policy, terms of the deals were not released. Golden State plans to assign both players to their D-League affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors, CSNBayArea.com has learned. Henry, 24, averaged 2.2 points and 9.6 minutes in nine games with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2014-15 before suffering a ruptured left Achilles tendon in practice on November 24, 2014. In five NBA seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies (2010-11), New Orleans Hornets (2011-13) and Lakers (2013-15), the 6’6” swingman holds career marks of 5.7 points, 1.9 rebounds and 15.7 minutes over 185 games (23 starts). Henry was originally selected by the Grizzlies with the 12th overall pick of the 2010 NBA Draft following his freshman season at the University of Kansas. http://www.csnbayarea.com/warriors/warriors-sign-xavier-henry-chris-udofia
Nice! Good for X. I liked him, I still like him, but we don't have room anymore and honestly I'm not certain he's ever the same. Too many injuries.
I always hated the offensive foul for leading with the knee because it's a natural jumping motion... but that was probably a foul. Also that kid is very athletic, but he also pushed off from that kid to get even higher.
