So when does Giannis start getting the LeBron “when is he gonna win already” treatment? That game 2 loss was pathetic, 18 points, 125-86?! Come on.

Chris Paul's broken shoulder miraculously repaired itself tonight. Amazing.

    1) Giannis would be much better if used more often as a roller than a ball handler
    2) Needs a coach who understand this... Buden ain't the one
    3)Needs to work on his offensive package a lot ... midrange/floater ...

Overall , as of now he's a 1b option on a championship team given his limitations on halfcourt offense .

You know what the Bucks need? Harden :)
I think he called them one of his prefered destinations but the Bucks blew it. Oh well...

Kind of agree. C Bags fans are low class and so is their ownership, which IMHO encourages their lowlife fans to act this way. They are really just mimicking the crap the ownership and front office pulls with regularity. 105º locker rooms anyone???

Maybe that’s what happens when you try to cheat the basketball gods. Not celebrating it, but he stepped on a foot and turned and ankle, it happens. He might be fine by next game.

so, the only teams without a substantial injury to a star are mil, phx, lac. curious.

my dad's claim is that this is and has always been the case. of the top teams, the one with the least injuries always wins. it's boring, but true, i think. who's going to not get hurt?!

did not see phoenix sweeping the nuggets

really hoping utah beats the clippers so i don't have to deal with one of the clippers or chris paul going to the finals

Going off of history Chris Paul is next. His shoulder thing in round 1 was just a warmup for the season ender in the WCF. But I’d honestly like to see him avoid that for once, and maybe he does having only played 8 games so far and resting in multiple games (and the Suns looking likely to sweep Denver). I’m no Chris Paul fan, but I don’t wish injury on anyone, and having him in the Finals at least makes a good story of a guy who has not been able to get over that hump, and he has enough star power still I think to make it interesting. I still think the Clippers represent the West when it’s all said and done though.

    1. i think people really underestimated how differently you can play denver without murray. i'm not a murray fan, but i thought it was borderline disrespectful that people were sort of implying that denver's backup guards could simply step in. uh, no. it's why i loved our bracket and wished AD could have been healthy. we'd have waltzed to the conference finals while load manager fought through two 7-game series.

    2. paul's antics get under my skin, but i have a lot more respect for him than the nets guys (all of them, really).

and yes, utah's all star backcourt being injured will be swept under the rug like our two stars being injured, but it's the reason the clips will win this series.
