The CP3 narrative has been ridiculous all playoffs long .

Suns were winning games cause of him even if he didn't play !

It would bother me if I were Booker

to be fair: the difference in the team this year is chris paul. all the rest of the key guys were there last year, getting their a**** unmercifully kicked night in and night out.

Guess the league wants the Bucks to win

They had a pretty good bubble run last year without him.

CP3 has for sure made them a better team, and probably had a big impact on both Ayton and Booker. But he really has not stepped up when they needed him most in the Finals.

hmmm...not sure he hasn't been good. he had a bad game 4 and has otherwise been very good since the series against us.

anyway, i'd prefer the bucks win, so whatever. but i think paul was the rightful league mvp this year, and the playoffs have only strengthened my opinion there.

all this series tell me is that physicality still owns the league. The Bucks can play bigger than the Suns. Another reason why the Lakers would have won it all this year if they had remained healthy.

series isn't over yet. if the bucks don't win tonight, they lose the series, imo.

Sure, I agree that apart from Game 4 CP3 has been good in the Finals. What I mean by not stepping up is that he has not dominated any of the Finals games since Game 1. He has not "upped his game" when his team most needed him to do so. Booker has. Giannis has. Middleton and Jrue have.

But, if he comes out and has great games in 6 and 7 and they win the whole thing, I'll hop on and admit I was wrong about his Finals impact.

Congrats to the Bucks. Unreal closeout performance by Giannis.

Woooo Chris Paul remains ringless, the basketball gods are pleased again, no Harden or CP3 ring

    :Carusoshaka:

Giannis with a ridiculous performance to close this out, 50, 14, and 5 blocks. Very happy for Middleton, Holiday, and Lopez as well.

Congratulations to Milwaukee and Giannis. Can’t say I’m sad to see CP3, Jake from State Farm and Crowder lose. They finally played a team at near full health in the playoffs and result was a series loss. Feel no pity for them because they acted like front running punks when they eliminated us. Good riddance.

More happy about cpflop losing than the Bucks winning.

Best case scenario though. Bucks aren’t dislikable at all.

Happy for Giannis. Humble. Did it for Milwaukee. And many said he would never win a chip there - that he needed another top 10 player. Good for him.

(Granted - Injuries to Nets and Lakers, but …that is why Phoenix was there the begin with - Bucks were better team).
