Curry one day rest after big minutes and a 50 pt effort.. has to be somewhat tired. Dude's gettin old too.. L.A. needs to capitalize and steal game 1 and shift the court advantage right out of the gate.
LeBron was starting to look more like a healthier LeBron the close out Memphis game. If so and he can be 80-90% of pre-all star break LeBron …. on top of AD going HAM and all the now great talent we have, that defense! and the team gelling with the new players as we watch ….. look the hell out!
watched every game of last year's Warriors run as I was rooting for them. full court pressing and doubling Steph and forcing other guys to try to beat you is how you stop them. none of the other secondary scorers are consistent enough over a 7 games series to go for 25+ every game, not even Klay at this point in his career post-injuries. basically, if we stop Steph, they do not have a Desmond Bane that will go crazy on us.
Rui needs to start , Warriors are completely going to ignore Jared . The outcome of this series depends on our level of agressivity , especially on Bron and AD's one Keep attacking , do not settle for Js .. if we do that enough , we'll win
Ham won’t change his starting lineup. We know this but Rui in quickly as needed hopefully and Vandy continuing to hit a not terrible % of corner 3’s would help. Please. And Vandy cut down on bad passes.
He's a good player. He's very slow, but works hard and rebounds like a madman. He's not good against AD, since Davis is way to quick for him. They will use Dray on AD, and let's just hope Dray keeps this clean & fair. After all, he's Bron's buddy, he can't do us dirty like that.
Its gonna be interesting to see what our defensive match ups are. I’m thinking AD on Dray and Lebron on Looney. AD still gets to roam on defense a little and hopefully Lebron will put a body on Lonney to keep him off the boards. Vando will probably be chasing Steph around. DAR on Klay and Reaves on Wiggins. Mostly size is the issue here, DAR on Wiggins is just asking to be backed down into the paint. Klay’s not really an iso player anyways, DAR will just have to not lose him over screens and hes shown to at least try defensively.
Game 1 on their floor is a great opportunity to steal and have home court if we hold serve. They are coming off a hard earned win at Sac with one day's rest? We can't come out flat.
