problem is that to trade them this summer, i think they need to get guaranteed, so we'd have to bring back salary. if i had to wager right now, i'd say we'll just let one walk and use the 17th pick to move the other for a comparable player at a lower salary.

We have to keep Rui, Reaves, DLO and Vando. Schroder is a solid backup, would like to keep him but a good scorer who is taller and can play defense would be nicer. Bamba would be a nice regular season bench player, if he improves and fits in, then play him some in the playoffs.

Starting five is most definitely AD, Lebron, Rui, Reaves and DLO. Vando is the main front court sub, we need another. Right now Schroder is the main sub in the back court. We need a really solid 3 point shooter. I think, but not sure that Max could be the exact guy we need. Pray he improves enough to be that guy.

KCP playing great on both ends for the best team in the West. Looks like his contributions to winning playoff ball weren’t done.

I noted to myself about a month ago that he did a lot the type of plays like he got hurt on today and it wasn’t a very smart way to play. Kind of being a high flying James Harden leaping into people and trying to draw fouls while scoring. All the things that could eventually catch up to him with some kind of an injury.

Glad the X-rays were negative. That looked like it hurt pretty bad regardless. I like Ja a lot but he does take some big risks with his high flying play. Monster athlete.

So I've watched the Ja injury clip several times. I can't tell. Is it his... shooting hand?

Yes, the right, which was already taped and soft splinted. Came down breaking his high fall over AD and really bent those fingers back that were already hurting.

His shooting hand. Cause that could be an issue for him and his life off the court.

You did, but that’s his game. That’s how he loves to play. Maybe he will change in time, maybe he won’t. I for one love how he attacks anyone that it’s his way, but at the same time, I’m not a Grizz fan hoping for them to win Championships.

i don't think morant can play differently and be him. his game is about the jaw dropping athleticism and risk taking, first and foremost. but that comes with things like this.

sort of like AD's game is about being incredibly mobile for his size, and that comes with injury risk as well.

I'm catching up on tweets. Seen some great ones posted in threads here already, gonna post some more I like, in the relevant threads. Apologies for any repeats.

Here's one that could go in Reaves or Rui or both, so it's here:
