A lot of the greatest players had funky looking jump shots also unorthodox shots too. He'll be fine what matters is that the Ball goes in. Also his release is almost as fast as Klay Thompson's
for an unorthodox shooting form, he does have a quick release. More importantly if the shot is consistently going in, then why bother with the mechanics
