Yeah a couple Dame shots you really can’t blame Zo for. He needs help off the screens and those 30 ft threes you just have to give it up to Lillard.

Good overall performance. Liked he took it to the basket a few times even though he got blocked, time to add a floater to his game. Never really had that in his repitoire, but will be crucial to his game.

missed the game last night, but i think one thing lonzo does pretty well on d is avoid fouling when guys get a step on him. in the last segment of the highlight clip, it's clear lillard expected to get to the line, but lonzo did a good job staying clear of his body without giving up the straight line to the hoop.

I think Zo watched some Jrue tapes to contain Lillard

OK is it just me or is anyone else experiencing when on their Mac monitor, not phone, with Safari ...... that for last 2 or so days, some (not all) clips like this I hit the Full Screen arrows and LOL the screen puts the same size image up in the upper left corner of the display and slides all the rest of the site just enough to the right to accommodate that.

    WTF .... Over?

Having Javale and then Tyson off the bench significantly helps allow our perimeter defenders to be a slightly more aggressive.

Zo's value is directly tied to his basically ELITE defense.

And now, with Rondo out, we're going to need him to step up even more.

Really looking forward to seeing Zo play a lot more free out there with no Rondo coming in to play 17 minutes STRAIGHT and finishing games.

Also, excellent D from Zo on Dame last night...and he hit his 3s...nice game overall. But it's really time for him to step up now

Not to take away from the great D he played on Lillard, but Lillard wasn't even suppose to play last night. But yeah, Lonzo kept Lillard from destroying us like he always does.

With Rondo missing a few weeks, time to step it up Lonzo. Here's where we see if we trade you for AD or not.

Defense, passing, rebounding and keeping the ball moving. He's great at all of those things and we need it from him. His shooting is better but not great. I can live with that though. Like Kidd, it's not the important thing.

LOL I just tried that on Safari and you are right. This is one of the reasons why I only use Chrome as my browser on all platforms.

I know what you mean, but at the end of the day an airball is still a missed shot no matter how ugly. You're gonna have missed shots in a game.

As long as he's shooting well overall, affecting the game in a variety of ways with his talent and instincts I'm fine with an airball every game.

I've been told Apple has got the most secure and private browser on the market...so you know dude is watching porn with it and now his computer is all f***ed up.

And what kind of deviant puts it up full screen...it's gotta be inactive and hidden behind other browser windows...at least that's what one of my buddies does anyways...uh, i wasn't there or anything watching him do it like some kind of weirdo...uh, he just told me that's what he does...uh, not sure how that convo started tho....

    Uh.......so how bout them Lakers?

Lonzo running the offense has to be the end game when his game comes together. His defense on passing lanes are as elite as it gets. His vision is already there. With Rondo out, I hope he kills it.

With him shooting the 3 ball well, there's really very few holes left to his game. He's already an elite passer, elite rebounder, and elite defender for his position. And his instincts are out of this world. He just needs more reps/confidence finishing at the rim, and continue to work on his midrange and FT's. Other than that, he's one of the most complete basketball players on our team.

I wonder how much other team’s fans value him... I feel like we are over valuing lonzo. He is a great glue guy, in the vein of Draymond Green, Andrei Kirilenko or Lamar Odom. Not sure what the worth of that is...

Laker fans are mostly overvaluing him. That was basically my entire talk with realdeal with regard to him. He has very few holes in his game? He is being ignored by all defenses and can't average 9/5/5 but is here labled as the almost perfect NBA player?

If elite here means "somewhat ok", then it makes sense. Whether you are elite at this or that isn't important because all of your skills have to come together to form a basketball player. The game doesn't have just 4 categories...points, assists, rebounds and defense. The game is also 50% mental. Being elite at a couple of things means you are not elite at many other things.

You can be amazing at everything except for one thing and end up as a scrub. So all this talk is nonsense to me. Fact is, he is not an elite basketball player in the NBA right now.

As of this moment, he isn't even better than Trae Young, the chucking PG rookie from Atlanta.
