If we had an actual competent back up point guard. This team would be so much better

Kind of felt Caruso if they'd have stayed with him awhile might have been able to do that. They played with him out there in summer league which was how we wanted to play, most like they played when Lonzo was out there. Good length, hustles on D, handles didn't seem horrible (?) to where they couldn't have gotten better the more he played. Could shoot a little maybe? Team seemed more interesting to watch with him than Pennis.

Alright, hopefully the hype train dies for this kid soon and he can play without all these expectations on his shoulders.

I don't understand why he keeps settling for the three. Take it to the rim. What are you afraid of?

Lonzo needs to stop jacking up so many 3’s. If they’re not falling and they aren’t take it to the basket.

Worst game I've ever seen Lonzo play in college or pros. Just horrid. I was glad he was on the bench in the fourth. I've been ragging on him for weeks now to just stop shooting those threes. I don't understand who is encouraging him to take those. Just stop. They aren't falling so don't take them.

No mamba mentality, and no Ball.

It was pretty bad. Not really involved in the game, and just poor energy.

After missing a few outside shots, he still settled for them instead of taking it to the basket.

Instead of benching him, Luke needs to coach him to be aggressive to the basket.

Would it be wrong for me to think we need to send this kid to the G-League for a game or two just to get his confidence and/or game back on track? I knew there’d be highs and lows this year but man, he was just about invisible out there today.

Most disappointing game of the season. Work.On.Your.Shot.Bruh.

He needs to rework his shot...I'm sorry. He's hitting record lows and I don't think its a coincidence. Folks saying its all in his head...how? That goes directly against how that boy works. He's heady and super poised for a young'n. Its not a head game problem, its a shooting mechanics problem.

I agree that you can't reconstruct it in season, but next offseason, somethings gotta give.

Kid is too talented in other areas of the game to not put an imprint in this game. Coming off a benching in Phoenix, I was expecting him to be more aggressive. He doesn't have to score to make an impact, but tonight was the first time he ran a poor floor game and was a detriment on the defensive end (net -18...team worst).

Hot garbage... the kid needs to be in the gym shooting 1,000+ shots.

The bigger issue is that it’s in his head... he’s letting it eat him from the inside out. Not a good way to start your career in the pros. It’s almost as if that irrational confidence that LaVar has is the missing piece. He actually NEEDS that and he really lacks it...

    Getting worse.

I felt he needed to keep shooting. I take that back. Stop shooting. It's getting ridiculous.
