I despise Lebron. I just do. I hate his flopping. I hate the media attention he gets when he was scared to death to shoot in the 4th and constantly chasing all-star teammates. When he balled out in the last 2 Finals, I started to give him credit, and then he went and Lebron'd me by demanding a playmaker, sitting out games, and faking injury. F him.

The "Lebron is better than Jordan" talk makes me sick to my stomach because he's not better than Kobe so how can he be in the Jordan conversation?

    F him.

On a tangent, Isaiah Thomas is almost underrated when it comes to all time greats. His teams beat 3 of the best teams ever in beating our Lakers, the Bulls, and the Evil Empire. He is easily the 2nd best PG of all time. ESPN putting Steph Curry ahead of him was truly WTF.

There's an audible *clack* at 4 seconds of this video. That's the sound of elbow to face, tearing open an enormous 40 stitch gash. To hear that on this ancient audio video equipment is over the crowd is astounding!
Back to Lebron. Dude is probably 1a or 1b with Wilt as the most physically skilled/talented players of all time, and he would be very good in any era. But, he wouldn't be nearly as good as he is in this modern soft NBA. Dude is a mental midget (emotionally, not bball IQ-wise). There is no way he could have handled the Malones, Oakleys, Dantleys, and Laimbeers of yesteryear. Look how he handled nut-boy Green? he had to bait him into getting suspended by crying to reporters after the game.

I remember that Malone hit. Isiah had lit up Stockton the previous game. Payback? I don't know, but Malone called Isiah and said he was sorry and Isiah said, "don't worry about it, but be careful in Chicago. I have a lot of crazy friends."

In this day Isiah would have had to be stretchered out to an ambulance and Malone would have been suspended for the season.

Sounds like a soundeffect in a movie.

Don't forget Shaq! Shaq might be the greatest athlete to ever play in the NBA.

I consider Lebron the best ever because, he makes his teammates better.

He is the goat as his magical ability to bleat to his enthralled media and ownership leads to him making his teammates better by having them improve by systematically replacing them until his team befits his ineffable greatness.

LeBron is great, and he has many accomplishments, but I wonder will the media highlight the fact that the Eastern conference has been so terrible for the past several years?

That is what frustrates me about this all, but I'll stop while I'm ahead.

yeah, the big challenger this year is boston: a team that would be a 4/5 seed in the west with a good chance of losing in the first round.

Good stuff...except Thomas' team lost which was Game 6 of The 1988 Finals. He also blew his Achilles and walked off the floor with no teammates helping him and NO wheelchair.
