I think once he left it became harder to do, but he was most likely still using it in Cleveland the first time. Definitely had the connection down in Miami though.

LeBron shoots 40.4% in his prime. Supreme teammate.
Kobe shoots 40.2% at 36. Gunner loser.

Cavs lose to Utah. Now 1-3. LeBron is playing with at least 5-6 players better than anyone on our team not named Kobe and he's 1-3.

Lebron is a great player. However, he has never done anything to improve his game to be adaptable to a change in his ability. 2 seasons (from my memory) he finally started trying to take guys on the block and back them down. Until late last season that was a joy to watch for comedy reasons. His outside shot has improved over the past couple seasons but his bread and butter was blowing by or bulldozing guys to get in the paint. Add to that fastbreaks and you have a hyper-efficient player. His biggest gift was his size, strength and speed. He has lost 2 of them. I am not ready to say the dude is done but, like someone said, I wouldn't be surprised to see him go down this season cause he is a shell of the dominant force we are used to seeing.

It is absolutely hilarious to see the Cavs players blaming each other already. Lakers are 0-5, but they at least own up to their problems and talk about what they can improve on. I think outside Love, Cavs are just pointing fingers.

Also, LeBron does not look anywhere close to his usual self. It definitely makes it seem like he used to be on PEDs.

Lebron seems tentative, less aggressive in his drives and thus his greatest weapon (other than lewhistle) is neutralized. How can the weight loss not be ped related. It reminds me when I was a kid when Hogan admitted to steroid use (saying his prayers and taking those special vitamins). Wrestlers went from huge to doughy and much less cut overnight. The only reason Lebron didn't go doughy is that he has a basketball body and didn't have a wrestlers travel schedule during the offseason.

It will take more time for Cavs to be a good team than it did for Miami .

Irving is more of a SG than a PG ... his "street ball " style isn't the formula to win games .

As for Lebron , playing with Bosh ( a stretch 5) was definetely easier than playing with Varejao clogging up the paint ... Lebron will definetely be less efficient .

Let's see where this team is at after 25 games

    He's up to 41% now, but he's also averaging 4.5 TOs/game. Ouch.

Kyrie had zero assists last night. But since LeBron is such a willing passer they should get along beautifully.

I mentioned on more than one occasion that Bosh was the Heat's most important (and consistent) player during their championship runs. He was unselfish and hit so many big shots it wasn't funny. He stretched the floor and would take the shots when Wade couldn't hit one to save his life and when Bron was too passive or worrying about his stats. I don't particularly like this team mainly because they really don't have a leader. Lebron is great but he is not a leader in my book. It should be interesting season for sure

How much has LeBron's defense fallen off?

I was watching the Cavs game last night vs Utah and the commentators said that Lebron was voted by GM's (I think it was them or the media) as the best perimeter defender in the NBA.

Couldn't be farther from the truth. His defense was downright awful last season and this season is much more of the same.

And LeBron was blaming others for bad habits?
