I'm not going to be overly concerned until he has an entire off-season to get that knee healed and strong. Again, he rushed through the last ACL knee injury he had so he could get back on the court and be ready for the draft combine. He needs plenty of time to get it strong again.

Now, if he continues to have knee soreness next year throughout the season, then I will definitely be concerned that he just won't be able to hold up for NBA season. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until that time.

Yup. I'd almost be inclined to just shutting him down for the year already and sending him to Germany to see Kobe's specialist. No use having him fight through the pain for the rest of the season when we're this far from contention.

The procedure Kobe did was so effective, I don't know why every team in the NBA doesn't have that doctor on speed dial. Kobe looked done before that procedure. Then came back firing.

Larry looks fine to me. If his knee tightens up, that's one thing. If it's just sore, I'm not super worried about it. His knee has never done anything like this before (played this many games over this time period), so it's bound to hurt a little bit. I trust Seto and Vitti to know if it's actually damaged and if it should be rested.

I think he'll be alright we just won't see posterizations like we saw of Ezeli. Even his awesome highlight dunk last night wasn't as athletic as we know he can be.

I don't kno what's going on with his knee/s, but he said he feels fine. I hope we are just being cautious and this isn't a chronic thing, because I really like this guy. He is a very good backup energy big to have off the bench. He hustles to block shots (that one wasn't goaltending), he crashes the offensive boards for putbacks, he cuts to the hoop for easy baskets, he's solid. I want him to be part of our young core of 4 going forward, so I hope he stays healthy. He's also well spoken and easy to root for, even said post-game that he deserved the turnover Huertas got, that it was on him, that's a good teammate.

That's so cool, you have to think he did that as a wink and little tribute. Such an easy player to root for.

Great game by Larry last night! Almost a double double off the bench. He was pure hustle out there. We've got an embarrassment of riches at the PF between Randle, Nance and Bass right now.

Next season Nance will be even better when he has time to properly rehab and strengthen his knee. Right now though? He's almost a perfect teammate. He keeps his head down, works his butt off, makes the right plays, and doesn't stretch himself too far.

His journey here has been amazing.

Yeah for sure. Bass has been playing his a** off out there too as a small ball center. Have to say he seems better at most of it than Black except maybe the P&R with latter's slightly larger size.

I laugh at times thinking about when we drafted him and at first the media brought up the Kobe hate tweet he sent out when he was in HS or some long time ago.

    We love you Larry haha
