i actually feel bad for nunn. this is a contract year for him, and he just got healthy-relegated to the g league. that's messed up.

i hope he employed a good financial planner because he may have to live on our 10 million for the rest of his life.

Yeah, it's going to be hard figuring out how to live on that retirement money. I wonder how poor Bynum is doing right now.

I feel bad for Nunn too. I don’t know what’s happened to him but he was an excellent player in Miami and looked really good in preseason.

Hopefully he can round back into form and raise his trade value.

He’s gone completely Bazemore on us.

Admittedly I was one of the people saying last season "wait until we get Nunn into the mix". I'm shocked but it's the human body and he clearly ain't recovered. I read somewhere a bone bruise can linger for 2 years and then there is the re-conditioning to normal and then ramp-up to NBA speed. I don't think his leg(s) is 100% in fact that's fairly evident. He's damaged goods basically.

He's still young. I imagine he lays low after this, probably going abroad for a year or 2 and get his game back

i don't know if you're joking, but nba players aren't known for their financial savvy, and while bynum made closer to 50-60 million in his career (at least), nunn's made like, 12. factor in taxes, possibly overspending on lifestyle, taking care of friends and family, and it's possible nunn ends up needing a regular day job pretty soon.

that's an astonishing play. just absolute lack of confidence.

yeah, some things just don't work out as you planned. If it did, and all the cards fell right, we'd be thinking our front office is full of genius' instead of what we are currently hearing from fans.

I do feel sympathy for Nunn. Maybe the D League can help him long term. I don't know but he's clearly "not right" out there.

A year off of basketball is going to take a toll on your game. But this much since seems excessive. It’s like Cranjis said, he’s forgotten completely how to play. I feel bad for him as well. He’s too young a guy for this to have happened to. Hopefully the G league does him some good.

A guy paid 10 million dollars for 2 years to either not play or stink…yeah, I’ve got no sympathy. It’s not like this guy has a life threatening disease. Suckatude doesn’t not qualify as a sickness.

Yeah. we will see. He had promise at one point. Maybe he can get it back.

He can't be on the floor for us right now though.

i was glad we signed schroder at the time, in part because i wasn't confident in nunn and bevs being a) healthy or b) good.

    then schroder got hurt first!

He finally had a solid offensive game, 4-4 for 10 points. I’d still use him to match salaries in a second, but nice to see.
