we should panic trade him with 8 1sts for ish smith instead. seriously, though--he was already out of the rotation, but bevs got hurt and schroder wasn't available.
he's playing his way out of the league, for sure. tons of small scoring guards ready to step into that void. he and bevs are on the block for me, pretty much no matter what happens.
good the ball went in the basket for him, but i've read that his defense continues to be terrible. he disappointed me last year in the preseason because he was generally slow on defense despite being an ok athlete, and he just died on screens every time. apparently, it's a trait. he and bevs can go for something, plz.
he consistently went under the screen on Conley, you'd think being in the league this long he'd understand who he's guarding by now
I'm not putting that game on Nunn either. If he can give us 18pts and 50% from 3 on a consistent basis, that's a hell of a return on a 6 million dollar contract. They all played like crap on defense, he didn't do anything special to be singled out.

The “deemed by the Nation a year away from contributing” 2nd round pick was certainly not from everyone, yourself included, after seeing him play and continue to play. Rookies play all the time if they can contribute and have the body ready enough for it at whatever age. Max gives more of what we need both sides of the ball now than what Nunn has been able to, and the latter obviously is not going to be here much longer or at least past this season.
IDK..he had his best shooting night of the season and gets DNP in the next game without Lebron? I'm all for Christie over JTA,but some of these rotation moves by Darvin are headscratchers lately.
Not. A. NBA. Player. 3 misses in 1st Q. Didn't hit rim or barely got to the rim. Held on to the ball to close the Q. 3rd Q: fouled KD on a 4 point play just cause. Somehow found himself on KD on another 3 point attempt and make less than 30 seconds later. Why?! Needs to be in a suit at the end of the bench till he's gone. 11 minutes. Three shifts. Worst player on either roster. If we're that desperate for 10 minutes of point guard play until DS is ready, call up Lil Pip.
I hate DS with a passion (still, a tad less than hobo) but there's no way in hell he can be any worse than Nunn. Dude just plain SUCKS, makes me miss Smush
