Listened to the press conference here in the office, Magic and Rob are like 2 evangelists at these things compared to the old crew. I swear one of these times they're gonna bring Deng up to the podium and "heal" him. Rob talking about The Book of Genesis, bread falling from the sky to feed the Israelites and comparing that to our acquisition of KCP. Magic nodding his head and "Amen"-ing as he does it.

I'm telling you these two guys could sell bottled pee as a cure-all tonic out of a cart to a doctor in Missouri. I'm serious, they are on another level of pitch and the free agency market better watch out come '18.

They're both entrepreneurs, and it's almost impossible to be a successful entrepreneur without the ability to sell. I knew when the 2 of them were brought in, that side of the game would no longer be an issue for us.

I thought the genesis story was a bit much. Cringe worthy in fact. Not to mention preposterous. kCP must be really religious. If so, then add patronizing. Come on Rob, you're better than that.

The one he wore with Johnson on their meeting with Silver? Interesting... Seriously, Pelinka is working the angles on the salary cap and the agents.

Was that Bresnaidiot who asked KCP what he wants to do, play D or shoot 3's? What kind of stupid question is that?

Lakers need to get Spero back and team him up with Stu until he retires. Move Billy mac to the Spectrum Access anchor and get rid of mcgee and bresnahan. Bring in Serena Winters to work with Billy Mac and that show would improve along with getting the next great play by play guy they should have kept.

I'm actually ok with this. Can't have too many chiefs and not enough Indians. If he's an Indian and does what he does well, someone else will step up to the role of chief.
