Rust is showing with the team especially with shooting and to be expected really. Legs and conditioning will come around hopefully. Factory reset on KCP is hilarious though.
Hes a role player man. This guy shouldn't get more than 10-15 bench minutes. He is not reliable. That's on the coach to give mins to someone like this
I'll give KCP the benefit of the doubt because at least he can still hustle defensively. What is Danny Green doing on the other hand? Costly fouls, no confidence in his shot, moves like a turtle trying to guard the backcourt. This isn't the $15 million dollar player we thought we were getting. KCP was putrid on offense but he's always had low expectations from us and he was actually very good during the regular season. Danny Green has been bad all season and this 'playoffs experience' that he brings was laughable. He looked like a rookie out there.
Thought we'd turned a corner with KCP but he's unfortunately regressed during the break. He's gotta shoot better. It's really that simple IMO.
The bubble must be giving him jail flashbacks or something. His saving grace is that Danny Green is worse. Right now he does not look like he belongs in the NBA.
We've been there with KCP. He had a terrible start with the Lakers but this season, he was actually one of the brightest spots and super reliable for the most part. I hope this is just another slow start and he turns into the version of KCP we got used to before the break, with the improved play from Kuz it would be absolutely huge for this team.
At least Caruso worked hard on D. He missed open shots too, but I have to give him at least some credit.
bubble ruined him. Playing like hot trash. 1 point?! 1 f***ing point?! Can't be a starter with open looks and be that bad. At least he doesn't have Green's price tag. At least 15 of his minutes need to go to Waiters. He's hustling more than Green, I'll give him that. BUT those two 4th quarter sequences where he decided to try to be a one man band and failed miserably both times. No more of that. Know your role and your limitations.
