Broussard thinks Spurs would prefer to trade with Sixers since Brett Brown is a Spurs transplant.

That's pure speculation on Broussard's part and it's not even an original point for him.

What's interesting about that concept is: if Brett Brown is a Spurs guy, why would a Spurs guy want Kawhi if Kawhi is now ****ing all over that franchise?

If we don't trade for Kawhi, I wonder if Randle will be ok coming off the bench. I feel like the starting lineup below is the most versatile instead of starting Julius as center.

    Zo
    KCP
    Ingram
    Lebron
    Javelle

    Randle
    Kuz
    Hart

Or we just start Randle and have Javale come off the bench. That's probably how it would unfold.

Brett Brown is thrown to the wolves.

It was obvious he won't be able to outsell Magic with his pitch. I also think Philly is suffering because they lack a strong front office personality. Brown could be fired in 6 months... That doesn't scream continuity.

Also I think Phillies cap space can only endure 2 max deals. Simmons and Embiid. That 3rd max contract is difficult to justify financially unless you are a team with deep pockets, huge market and sure fire favorite to win.

Thats why I'm very sure the C Bags will let some guys like Rozier etc. leave.

    Horford is on max deal.
    Hayward is on max deal.
    Kyrie wants a max
Brown will be eligible in 2 years.
Tatum will be in 3 years when Horford is gone but the others are there.

Also Boston has 4 first rounders... Some locked money there. Rozier, Smart etc...

They will soon fill the fire.

    Yes lol.

Philly would never give up a franchise cornerstone for a rental.

Fultz should be available but Embiid and Simmons absolutely not.

Ireland right now just said he heard that Spurs are still asking for Ingram, Kuzma, Hart, and 2 first round picks.

Says Lakers may do it if Spurs take out Kuzma. But he believes Spurs are being very difficult that Lakers are just going to move on.

Yeah, no. No way. Spurs can take a garbage offer from someone else, those were 3 of our best players last season. I wouldn’t even want to include Hart with Ingram.

if they're not willing to take randle, hart, and picks then move on

i'd really hate to part ways with BI but if he's included in a trade i wouldn't be too upset about it. just as long as its not kuzma

after the PG debacle i think it's important that the FO try their hardest to trade for kawhi before he's dealt somewhere else and possibly becomes too comfortable with his new team/starts a bromance like PG did

ya, no way. Ingram, hart and 2 picks, yes. But not all 3. sorry. They can suck an egg.

If they want Ingram and Kuz, they have to take Deng then and we keep Hart. Then the Lakers can get Cousins. You get Lebron, Kawhi and Cousins this year and you can take out any team in the league.

My offer to the spurs is this: either you take some draft picks with Hart, zu and Deng or you lose him to us next year for nothing. We can wait
