    I have been pessimistic about our chances of getting Kawhi throughout this whole process, not wanting another Paul George situation. But now I feel pretty hopeful and confident that he will sign here. Fingers crossed!

    Crazy that six years ago today Dwight did not stay and now Kawhi potentially wont stay in the 6.

    What did it take to get here?

    The loss of potential rings with Kob's Achilles, Dwight, Pau, Nash...then the loss of potential young kings in DLo, JC, Nance, TB, Jules, Zu, BI, Zo, and Hart.

    And now we're here...

    I feel quite confident in saying this has been the most ridiculous free agent saga in NBA history. It’s really had it all: Anonymous Internet sources, NBA reporters making declarations for different teams, IG stalking of relatives, and even the old favorite plane flight tracking.

    Kawhi’s so uniquely quiet. This will never be topped.
