Got it... I didn’t have the context of that paragraph.

    Thanks!

if the part about uncle dennis being mad about the low sales figures post-title is true then that is great news for the lakers

Mr. Rambis is not attached to Kawhi’s hip. He does not know everything about what Kawhi is doing. He is not a Crystal Ball. He does receive some real info through the AEG pipeline. Just be happy for whatever he posts and learn to not beg for more.

Also I'm just being told this was done over the phone on a conference call, not in person.

My grip is completely lost. I gave my 4-year old a kiss goodnight last night and told her I'd wake her as soon as I heard any news re Kawhi.

Just as an FYI - I'm going to know very little about Kawhi's meetings with other teams, especially Toronto, unless this information is communicated to the Lakers or NB, and they choose to tell AEG. Most of the stuff I've acquired thus far has been from the Laker pipeline to AEG, and that they feel confident regarding the situation.

@Mr. Rambis, doesn't AEG have the right to be read-in by the Lakers on anything and everything Kawhi related? If AEG is a co-owner of the team, what right so the Lakers have to keep any info from them?

If he stays in Toronto, I rather that happen then sign with the clippers. Keep him in the East and I respect him for staying with them since they won a damn championship. Also that would mean money and multiple championships was never important to him. Because the real money would be with us and NB would explode here, s*** I would buy some NBs if Kawhi joined us. And we know damn well he ain't winning another chip in Toronto with the east getting stronger.

kawhi will be forever loved in toronto if he stays or not. every single raptors fan i know and have talked to feels the exact same way

the biggest factor that would keep kawhi in toronto (in my eyes) is him not wanting to let the city down after leading them to a title

The part about his brand being global is an odd one for me. You can't be a global superstar without having charisma and being engaging. I think Kawhi is an outstanding basketball player and he seems like a good person too. Engaging and charismatic? Come on son.
