    One thing I’m not completely sure about is what we have actually offered the Spurs so far. there’s conflicting reports on what the Lakers have actually offer the Spurs.

    There’s been some reports that said we did not make Kuzma available, and then other reports (recently as 2 days ago) where we haven’t even offered Ingram.

    So what did we actually offer? Hart, Zubac and a pick?

    That package is crap, I would love to see Philly give it to them. Spurs would be a lottery team, and Philly with Kawhi, Simmons, Embiid, and Reddick would be like 2nd in the East and those first round picks would be mid to late 20’s.

    Apparently Ramona on ESPNLA710 said Lakers, Spurs and Hawks are working on a three team trade for Kawhi.

    As we know, things can get done really fast. We don't want the cbags getting into serious talks with the Spurs over any players cause that can lead to something else.

    Anyway... it's interesting that Tony Parker is gone. Going to bet Spurs FO told him privately that he was no longer welcome, he should make his own deal elsewhere and everyone would make nice about it in public. Real reason is that Spurs still hope for reconciliation with Leonard; hence they could not let Parker stick around after he poisoned the well with his ill-considered remarks.

    Just thought I'd throw in one more variable here. It's clear Spurs are not going to get what they wanted out of any Leonard trade. But then again, they haven't given anyone permission to talk to Leonard or his representatives, let alone given any hint of Leonard's condition and the guy himself has always been pretty close mouthed to begin with. So we get nothing but leaks we can't trust the veracity of.

    So think about this. It's back to square one for the Spurs FO. They know they screwed up this relationship bigly: now what could they do to signal to Leonard that would help him be open to staying? First thing they absolutely had to do was get rid of Parker. They did that. What other steps might they take along those lines. Who else said negative things about Leonard and is expendable? Expect that person gone as well. Expect that Popovich expressed his apologies in private when they met. Expect there will be public apologies if Leonard deems them necessary. Expect that Leonard will be given free reign to continue to engage his own medical team. Just please show up at training camp.
