Your not kidding. Just think of what our young guns could be doing with that type of offense. How excited they would be. They would be high energy and we would all be loving it instead of hoping and praying that somehow this game will be different.

I loathe the way he pouts out there when he's not being fed the ball. I really do. It's a young, immature man at his worst on the floor.

I'm not sold that Dallas has a plan to stop him. When's the last time we gave him an opportunity to really shine? Spacing is somehow getting WORSE, the team is catering to Russell/Kobe, and now Randle is relegated to the 4th option and he's not reacting positively to that. He's the team's best iso player who is almost incapable of NOT drawing a double or triple team to stop him going to the rim. I haven't seen him be aggressive since his "we need to put our ego aside" comment and that's lead to him being disengaged instead of doing the little things. He needs the ball more. He needs to be put in opportunities to succeed.

Warching the replay of tonight's game now, got-dang Randle's jumper is ugly. How can that thing be fixed, like literally everything is wrong with it. It's flat as it can possibly be, he has an ugly little hitch right as he's about to release it, and the form is plain awful. Someone teach this guy to shoot, please. It's pretty much all he's missing right now offensively.

Take Tracy Murry away from Nance and throw him at Randle.

Adding the jumper will open his game up and he won't be running people over every other play.

What is wrong with this kid's attitude. Come on, stop pouting, you're being made a focus on offense and not really taking advantage. Stop pouting. He's starting to remind me a bit of Andrew Bynum, and not in the good way.

He needs to look at Blake Griffin. He also had a hitch in his shot, not much arc, and he changed his shot. Now he's become a much more consistent shooter. Randle needs to do the same. If he keeps the same form he won't get better.

Omg, when he tried to finish a simple layup with the right hand and damn near threw it over the backboard...

Yeah I hate to say it, but if Randle doesn't improve that jump shot or his right hand I don't see him getting much better. He's so easy to guard right now just back off him or force him right and he can't finish.

Julius is never easy to guard. Right now the NBA is forcing him to be a little smarter and he needs to develop accordingly. I have every faith that he will. I actually loved his energy out there. He was hustling a lot more last night defensively than he had the first few games. It wasn't where it needs to be, but the effort to improve is always there with this young man.

He didn't even hit the rim with that right handed attempt.

Come on now. It's really not that hard, and shouldn't be for a professional.

Also look at how many years its taken Blake to get really good at that jumper.

It's going to take time for Randle even if he's in the gym constantly working on it.

In terms of his jumper, I hate to say it, but he reminds me of Josh Smith. It's possible he never figures it out

He'll figure it out. I notice on his jumpers and especially his free throws they're a little flat. He needs more arc on them to give them a better chance of going in. I'm hoping Murray can see that and fix it. It might next offseason for him to fix his jumper which is fine with me. I do want to see if he can improve in other little areas on both sides of the ball. He is after all a rookie so I'm not too concerned about his bad games this year.

I pointed out during preseason that he's a whiner and pouter. He'll have to turn it to a positive; focus, work harder, and dominate.

Still, I agree that the best advice for him is: fix your jumper, work on your right hand. Too powerful to waste his offense because he can't get from where he receives the ball to a zone where he can score. So, extend your zone (work on the jumper) or get there better (handles).

I do like his passing. I think it's massively underrated.

After the first few games, the real coaches we've gone up against have figured him out

Yep. His jumpshot looks awful right now and he looks so arkward when he's forced right. If he doesn't fix that he's gonna continue to struggle. Can't just play bully ball and blow by people in this league especially when you're undersized.

Probably the worst game I have seen from him overall. He's got to handle adversity a bit better out there.

I want to see him play in the mid to low post more often and see what's can get from there, teams are figuring out he's a one trick pony.

I hate how he gets the ball just inside the 3 point line, holds it for 8 seconds and goes bull in china shop with time running down and either charges into someone or throws up a prayer.
