Name calling? Dude, what are you talking about? Whatever, another weak argument.

Let's keep it civil folks. Anyway, strong game from Randle tonight. He continues to impress. I'd love to figure out a way to keep him here and still get PG and Lebron. Randle at 5 alongside those two would be spectacular.

I see, this is what he's referring to as name-calling. FIXED.

I'm eager to hear why it took so long for him to get off the bench, but he was truly awful when he was playing tonight. The body language was the worst it's been since the start of the year. Seems like something happened behind the scenes.

Luke mentioned it in the post game about rotations.

He was riding the hot hands which included Nance, Kuz, and Brew. Bogut provided an inside presence when we needed it and it just wasn’t a game Randle was needed in.

Maybe another game he’ll get more minutes when he gets in his groove again, but we were rolling without him, lost the lead with him in tonight, and was able to hold off. Just circumstance I suppose.

The same could be said about Tarik Black.

I'd be right there with you, if this wasn't a recurring theme. Randle doesn't get minutes that correspond to his production. When he does, there is no discernible drop off either.

    So... f*** Puke.

Crazy how good we looked without the 3 most likely guys off our team next year. Randle, Brook and KCP.... Maybe see what the market is for these guys now

I can’t get mad after a win at anything other than moronic refs and Harden’s disgusting style of play, I just can’t. Sure I want Randle to play, but Nance was balling, Bogut was solid, Kuzma was absolutely on fire, and Brewer got unexpected minutes causing us to go even smaller overall. Luke rode the lineups that were working and we closed it out.

Well I can understand Julius's frustration then. Must be difficult getting so few minutes when he's been playing so well. You don't hear about other players getting gameflowed out of the rotation.

As always it's no excuse for playing badly though. When he was in our lead just utterly evaporated. Harden eagerly went at him on defense and made him look silly in a way I haven't seen in a long time.

Agreed. Usually I want to see Randle out there, but bottom line is that Luke rode the hot hands as he should and the proof is in the win. Hopefully Randle gets more burn next game. I just think the matchups were working without him out there and you can't argue against this victory. I do feel a bit bad for him . . . but that's the way it is.

Randle didn't get much burn, can't complain because of the win and riding the hot hands... Just wish Luke would do that more often when Randle is having a good game and then for some reason inserts Nance and or Brook for him when are clearly better with him on the floor.

hmmm...rather hear randle say: we had our biggest win of the season. there have been and will be other games in which i can play a bigger role. rather than pouting, as it seems he was doing.

btw, what was nance doing that randle wasn't last night? playing big. on several occasions, he punished the rockets for playing guys like pj tucker at center by simply using his verticality.

i do think the situation sucks for randle. he's played well enough to warrant more minutes, but as i said weeks ago, the decision that he wasn't part of the future was made before the season even started. luke's in a tough spot, too, as he (and randle) knows that their relationship is temporary.

so, to conclude: if you want to be mad at someone, i think it's the front office for making some choices before all the data were in. and maybe i'm totally off on this, but there's just a lot of signs pointing in that direction (that the FO made plans to move on from randle on day 1).

Idk, I was upset at luke with the lack of mins he’s given Julius in the past, but Julius has been playing 25+ mins a game for awhile now, more than nance... can’t be mad...and in all fairness, luke tends to ride Julius down the stretch, so Julius gets his fair share of the minutes most of the time

Still need to hedge your gamble on those 2 possible max guy scenario. What if nobody comes? Now randle is disgruntled n wouldnt want to be back even if mgmt was forced to match an offer sheet

That’s been my feeling for a while. Randle’s days are numbered and we gotta pull for the front office to hit home runs in trades and free agency.

I have to think Randle has pumped up his value though
