Lakers could have lucked into both Whitmore and Knect right now and have been like we got more lotter quality after the AD trade then with but no they just couldn't take the best player available. Yes I'm bitter

whitmore could barely crack the houston rotation last year and wouldn't have cracked ours, imo (that's taurean prince and darvin ham you're talking about!).
