That's a mis-titled video. He didn't shoot a single Sky Hook in that vid. Decent running hooks and jump hooks, but still no sky hook.
I agree Zen .... strait up on on one leg with those 2 pics you used for examples and the release at as high up there as possible to release it. Form actually looks great on those.
I'd say that left hook in the screen capture is very close. He's still learning, but it's almost there actually. In practice.
5 years from now, the press will wonder why a 3 time league MVP fell to number 32 in the second round
Luke was really scraping the bottom with that line up with 6 minutes left. He should have match Denver's line up with Zu and BI.Nugs had their no. 7 pick in there and got lots of experience beating the Lakers by himself while Zu and BI watched from the bench how scrubs throw away a win.
3 minutes of FURY. 2 blocks + another shot altered to hell, denver player on his way to the rim put on his a** with no Zubac foul. + 2 points and a board. I know you can't apply 36 min stats to this but good lord that kid has a feel inside for the game that makes me feel safe when he's playing. Mozgov take notice, work on those amazingly charismatic acting skills because your starting days are numbered.
i said it in the game chat, but his timing on blocked shots/challenges is fantastic. good job avoiding fouls for a young big, too. keeps his hands up until the last possible moment.
The thing I like about Zu as well is his mobility at his size. Moz and Yi lumber down the court, and barely get off the ground to challenge shots. Tarik is effective in small ball sets, but he got exposed when Denver went big. Zu's dunk came after he challenged a shot, Randle got the board, and he already beat the defender down the floor for the easy bucket.
