Black has a team option for the 2nd Year. At worst Zubac gets to watch from the bench play in some days (likely because of injuries from other people) and then in the 2nd year can be the backup or heck maybe even start. But I think starting next year being the full time backup would be the most likely thing to happen.
As good as Zublocka was in SL, I'm not expecting him to be playing big minutes once the season starts. His body needs a little work and he needs to be caught up to NBA speed and against NBA talent. He'll get a couple mins here and there depending on match ups and I don't see Mozgov playing more than 25 a game. Maybe we'll see him play more in the second half of the season.
I see from the news that Pokemon go make kids go out instead of just sitting around playing video games. Nice concept but probably dangerous when the virtual Pokemon is found in the middle of the street.
I think I can see Zubac getting 5-10 min in the first half of the season. Then probably 10-15 in the second half. With that said...it will also depend on how competitive this team is going to be. If its a blow out loss...maybe Luke chooses to play the young guys more often. If they can be competitive, then I cannot see Zubac playing 20+ mpg. That is until Mozgov goes down with an injury, which isn't exactly unlikely.
She's a pretty gal and apparently she's a better talent-evaluator than the 20 teams that passed up on Zu.
Don't many 19 year olds have at least one relationship with an older woman? This of course is why he looks confident and mature beyond his years on the basketball court.
Obviously nice body... But I see better looking chicks on the regular here in San Diego lol. But let's not hate now, she's a good looking gal, maybe just a great all around girl for him(remember he's a foreigner after all), all while having the experience to support him mentally and physically( wink,wink ) in his new career in the NBA.
So is Zubac's girl the new thing we're nitpicking and judging about one of our player's personal life choices?
i think it's largely given that these guys find attractive women; you just hope for their sake that they find people with other sought-after qualities in addition to that. i can say from experience that looking like that alone won't solve your problems or lead to happiness. but anyway, back to ogling... no really, back to zoobz, the basketball player--i'm looking forward to seeing how he looks against legit nba centers, but i'm even more interested in seeing whether his great timing in terms of shotblocking and body position will hold against the superior athletes he'll see in the league. i'm thinking it will, but it might take a year of seasoning.
Yeah I saw some troubling signs of ball watching in Summer League that won't fly in the NBA. I saw him miss a lot of box outs too. I do think that if our perimeter defender stays with his guy for the most part, Zubac will be able to make the read. Of course, if our guy gets back cut or Zubac is left on island obviously he'll struggle. The bones of a really good NBA center are there though. He's quickly becoming one of my favorites. I love a big man prospect.
