Head Coach Discussion: Canned Ham, Who Is Our New Coach?

Again that's great..let him do all the scoring then, they aren't the Denver Nuggets because of Michael Porter Jr.

 

The inability to read and react, and make coaching decisions on the fly is pretty startling

 

Ham may wind up being a decent coach before it’s all said and done (maybe). But having to sit through the head coach growing pains of one boneheaded decision after the other is painful. His feel for making in game adjustments is atrocious.

 

Also says he could interview for other HC openings during this cycle

 

Lebron is looking to hire a new coach it seems. Good.

 

I don’t think he will.
He can’t even see the most basic problems to fix.

You may “pride yourself on it,” but you couldn’t be failing worse at it. When one of your Superstars calls you out in the media, there’s no amount of hallow word play that will save you.

as much as i'm not supportive of ham, i live in constant fear, armed with the knowledge that we can (and might) do worse.

 

This man said more smart stuff in 2 minutes than Ham has said in 2 years.

 

I am concerned we will make another bad hire as well, but I don't think we can do worse. Ham is a terrible coach and delusional about his own incompetence. The players wanted him gone most of the season. With AD and LeBron, for the most part healthy, we had to go through the play-in, again. AD is frustrated the team doesn't know what they are doing, probably more than half the time. I don't have time to follow the other teams, but I can't imagine there is a worse coach in the league right now.

The players never quit on Ham, I'm not sure what games, some of you folks have been watching. It would be the hardest playing, bunch of quitters, in the history of the League IMO.

Anywho...Win two home games and narratives change quickly. I'm looking forward to seeing, who step up, and who wilts myself.

Miami's scouting department is better than ours. They find unpolished gems with regularity. Top notch group, of talent evaluators over there.
