Yeah, Irwin is reliable. What saved his job was making the playoffs; if we wouldn't have made it, I think there's a higher likelihood he would have been gone.

He'll have a short leash next year.

Team got away from AD. No excuses. Vincent being out there instead of Russell in the 4th quarter when Russell had finally broken through in the PO's, no organized offense. Just complete s***.

Even if you don't want to give him all the blame, he gets a lot of it, IMO. Can't blow a 20 point lead in the second half...Just horrible.

If LeBron stays, Hambone is gone for sure.

Naw, you want to look at David Adleman if you're going first time head coaches. Assistant under Malone or if you want a former head coach go Atkinson.

Those guys too. I just think LeBron and AD would instantly trust and respect Rondo. Plus he could always be Bron as an assistant

Well, they are and that's reality. They're not going anywhere.

    Neither is LeBron nor AD.

People saying rebuild, start over, etc, etc. The busses, Rob, Kurt, LBJ, AD, and whatever new cast of characters they get to play alongside them two will be back.

That's on the coach. Completely on the coach. Anybody arguing otherwise is a damn fool.

Yeah. That is a direct shot at the staff. Maybe we will see a change sooner than I thought.
