Agreed. I could write a Thesis on how not to coach using numbnuts as an example. It really shows how good our team is that despite Ham we are still in the hunt and I believe will make another deep run. I agree with Slick that Ham isn't going to be fired and I think the players are realizing it too. They can still play for each other, unfortunately a championship or deep run saves Ham for next season too...lol. Have you ever read Groo the Wander comics? Kind of a bumbling buffoon that somehow saves the day. Would be Ham like and a hilarious read. Decades old though.

Nice reference on Groo, yeah Ham is stumbling buffoon and yet at the end, hopefully, saves the day, pretty much Peter Sellers’ Inspector Clouseau

Not only is he an awful coach, he puts out dumb statements, like DLo “had a tune up procedure” instead of just saying that he was receiving treatment.

I hate this coach and still hope he gets fired rather than us making a trade!

He waited until VANDO went down to put Rui into the starting lineup. Unbelievable.

With that said - I'm glad he finally has gone to it...now let's keep this lineup for a long time and please play Prince only 20-23 mins a game from here on out and even LESS when Vando comes back (15-20).

priority for the ASB is getting ham under control, imo. make it clear to him that patience has limits, and he needs to stop being cute and win games. you're not detroit phil jackson or whatever. you inherited a rough situation, but that's over. you're in a good one now, and you're squandering it by overthinking.

i wonder if he has any inner-circle folks who would tell him this.

    Halftime coaching change?

OK. Fine. Too much paper work.

Can we get him a better seat. I don't know. Behind the bench? And he can whisper what to do in Ham's ear.

I love his strategy of leaving three point shooters wide open. It’s really working out well for us.

Sooo.... why did wait half a season before trying it?

Kudos tonight for better minute distribution. Prince is right where he should be. Played Mays. Complains: maybe pull AD after that second foul and promise to give them a day off if they'd try a little harder on D. I know it was a back to back and at least we weren't as bad defensively as New Orleans, but still.

the man was exhausted after his amazing off-season. Then he had to watch his coach and injuries eff it up

There was a Westbrook style play where either Austin or Dlo walked away from an open three point shooter. Just why?

You have SF's Ham, no 3 guard lineups when you add Dinwiddie

Baby steps: you took Prince out of the starting lineup and he's playing well, now don't get tempted to go back to any of the 3 guard lineups.
Team has more than enough bodies to play guards in a rotation, forwards in a rotation and you mix and match to keep enough offense and defense with each shift.

Why? Dlo/Spencer/Reaves/Prince/Bron lineup is right there to experiment with.
