Head Coach Discussion: Canned Ham, Who Is Our New Coach?

TP is playing way too much but both Rui and Bron can't guard the 3 for an extented period of time so it explains the fact TP is playing more with Bron than Rui

I know this is hard for the "emotionals" and the front office to accept but Ham has to go. They tried to make a good hire and I thought they did, but no. Ham worked his way up, talked good, said the right things but man does he suck as a head coach. Rob has put together a good roster and he might make another good trade, but I am not sure anything can overcome Ham. When Lecoach has something to prove and plays hard we do well but otherwise we play uninspired, lethargic ball. Maybe, just maybe, Rob can trade Ham for Vogel. I know the emotionals will point out that Ham has beaten Vogel's team but that has a little something to do with Lebron not wanting to lose to Durant.

there's no reason to keep ham around at this point. no reason to think this team couldn't survive an in season coaching change. cavs won it all in 2016 after making a change mid season

we may do well in the POs because of Lebron/Ad greatness, but we suck when there is nothing on the line.

I feel Ham is one of the worse coaches in the league.

I don't get it. I don't like it. But I tried to research available head coaches. The list is pretty bare.

I think he gets til the rest of the season at minimum.

 

Guys gotta make shots period. Darvin does need to figure out, what to do with D'Angelo and Rui though. The biggest issue so far this season, is that those two are not playing at the same level, that they were in the playoffs. Guys have to play minutes in order to work things out, but he has to put them into a better position, in order to succeed as well. Concede a little D, and unleash these guys on offense.

 

Just let Handy take over for the rest of the season and bring in a new coach this summer.
They won’t, but they should because he’s a big part of why this team is underperforming.
