I believe Draymond slapped him. I believe Draymond was being a bit of a douche.

I don't believe anyone was choked, punched, or anything like that. This kid just wants to get back at Draymond for slapping him in public.

Kind of embarrassing for a college football player to press charges over being b!tch slapped for probably instigating crap. It will be interesting to hear the real facts though.

I wouldn't be suprised if this individual is jockeying for a lawsuit.

I'm always skeptical of these things because of how these guys are walking cash payouts for anyone trying to come up. I'll reserve judgement until more information comes out.

I'm surprised were not taking this at face value and were actually waiting for the investigation to conclude. Wish that was the case for other incidents....

I think there is sort of a precedent for athletes being taunted or goaded into fights to try and get money out of them, which lets people kind of sit back with a "let the facts" come out attitude. Whereas with police shootings, there is a history of the facts never coming out, being fudged, or police agreeing to all tell the same lie to protect eachother. So yeah, totally different circumstances.

if he's not a good football player, the settlement could outstrip his earnings and save him traumatic brain injury. win!
