such a shame this guy has never been able to stay healthy. and an even bigger shame because this basically guarantees the cavs will come out of the east and lebron will make his 5th straight finals appearance. so stupid

 

Has their ever been another top 5 player at his position all time who just got to waltz into the finals year after year without ANY opposition? I can't think of any.

On the Bulls front, word is they might bring back Nate. With Kirk playing like trash and considering the success he had there last go around, that's wise. Speedy backup pgs seem to thrive under Thibs for whatever reason.

Speaking of Thibs, this could be the final nail in his career with Chicago. They needed a big time playoff run for him to stay. I don't think they'll fire him because of I think they've learned from mishandling the Skiles and Del Negro, but they'll certainly push for him to go elsewhere and do what they can to facilitate a deal.
