He really shoots well. His best comparison is Robinson. Duncan has been extending his game but still struggles to have consistent minutes because of defense. So he just needs to work on that ALL THE TIME. If he does that, he can start having minutes somewhere and no one will mind he doesn't dribble, rebound or create with just how good he shoots
For me, he just lacks any kind of speed with his feet. I’m sure he can incrementally improve his defense, but you can’t really teach athletecism.
Summer League review He's so slow. He needs to be a 50% 3pt shooter cause he's awful at everything else. Pack a bag.
Hard to argue with this move. The one trick ponies are going extinct. All you young players out there start learning to play defense first.
I remember someone vehemently comparing Swider and Kuzma forever ago... oh well Really like those 3 guys on two way contracts... the change from 2 to 3 made things even better for our scouting dept.
i was never high on him nor pippen. glad we're moving on. that's what these are for--try to develop, take lots of shots. i'm also glad we're past the bob sacre era of hanging onto guys who have made no progress for far too long.
